Scope Of Work
The construction of a live, work, & play community. The main site consisted of the installation of 8900lf of gravity sewer main including service lines to building and grease traps. Installed a total of 19 Grease traps, 10 precast (1500gal – 3000gal) and 9 cast in place (4300gal – 6000gal). We laid 13,000lf of water main ranging from 2” to 8” including 18 fire risers.
The Residential site consisted of sewer and water service to 101 townhome and single family houses. This included 4,650lf of gravity sewer and 5,200lf of water main installation. We worked through 22 plan revisions during the year and a half we worked on the project.
