7,500+ SF Design/Build project in DeKalb County, Georgia • Architectural, Civil, Structural and MEP design included • 5-Acre Master Planned Site, pad-mounted transformer, parking, storm water detention, landscaping and sidewalks for future 4-building campus (3 new buildings, 1 existing) • Pre-engineered steel structure with masonry/EIFS exterior, including custom EIFS cross on portico • Includes foyer/narthex, 4 classrooms, three restrooms, and assembly hall • Plumbed and wired for future commercial-grade kitchen, including grease trap • Materials used include acoustical ceilings, commercial-grade carpet, stain-grade wood doors and ceramic floor and wall tile in all rest rooms
