Scope Of Work

The beachfront residential condominium building located in the Coney Island section of Brooklyn at the renowned boardwalk was completed in September 2012 .

The major goal of this project was to combine client specifications with the context location, energy efficiency, visual improvement of locale, and provide vibrant extensive views from each of the apartments, while maximizing floor area.

This four story multi-family building consists of a variety of apartments, ranging from one bedroom to three-bedroom units, with larger units closer to the beach. Being placed on the frontline of the ocean, which encompassing views, the Architects incorporated incorporated up two balconies for the larger apartments, and terraces - for others, in order to embrace the science landscape as much as possible. Inside the building, a sensible circulation system connects all apartments.on each floor white one corridor that incorporates an ADA elevator and two fire stairs - one enclosed and one open.

Throughout the exterior facades, red brick was used as the primary component of the building shell. Its flexibility in construction, durability, versatility in color, and its significance in conformity with the neighboring structures makes the building a unique addition to the community while underlining the value of its location and context.
