Scope Of Work
The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) had purchased an abandoned church building which was nestled in the hills of Belmont, Michigan converted the church to a military outpost for their local military band. Hobbs+Black was hired to expand the facility, bring it up to code compliance, upgrade the building shell insulative value, provide high quality music practice spaces, and expand the performance stage and instrument storage/maintenance.
