Scope Of Work
Regency Village is a multi-phase project featuring 98 senior housing units, a clubhouse and two commercial buildings nestled off I-495 in Merrimac MA. Built for CPM Inc., The Procopio Companies functioned as the Construction Manager for this project, and delivered the second and final residential phase in 2020, bringing much-needed modern senior housing units and amenities to the Merrimac Valley.
