Scope Of Work
The SEED Foundation was selected by the Florida Department of Education to serve as the school operator for a new college-preparatory, public boarding school in Miami-Dade County.
The feasibility study developed options for independent middle school and high school buildings to house the core academic spaces. Student housing is directly connected to each building, creating a live/ learn style environment. Science and art classrooms, administrative offices, an academic resource center, dining hall, and health suite are located in a separate academic complex. The study also indicates the location of playing fields and other outdoor spaces on the 8-acre campus.
