Scope Of Work

Ashby Ponds 2.1, “Willow Crossing”, is a four story building composed of a 200,000 sf wood frame structure over a podium slab with parking beneath. The structure’s unique exterior includes brick, stone and cementitious lap siding 

The residential building features community spaces and amenities as well as 101 luxury apartment homes. The space features a new restaurant serving a la minute, with patio dining space and private dining room. Guests have access to a full service bar and lounge, 20 seat theater, and flex fitness room with a dance floor.

The apartments have large open floor plans, modern kitchens with granite surfaces and stainless appliances, fully-sized side-by-side washers and dryers, walk-in closets, and custom flooring and lighting options. Nearly half of the apartments have screened porches or patios.

The Ashby Ponds Great Oak Clubhouse is situated on a scenic 132-acre campus in Ashburn, Virginia approximately 30 miles west of Washington, D.C. The Clubhouse is well appointed, featuring 20,000 square-feet of amenities including a 200+ seat performing arts theater, the Acorn Café, a gourmet delicatessen, a banquet room for special events, a reading room, an art studio and gallery, classrooms, and a control room for the community’s in-house television station. 

Throughout the space are several dedicated areas to showcase the many talents and interests of residents. Ashby Ponds’ community  consists of 1,500 independent living apartments. They have over 120 resident-run and resident-driven clubs and groups, an indoor pool, a fitness club, transportation services, 24-hour security, and flexible dining options.
