Scope Of Work
As part of the conversion of Hess Stores to Speedway Gas Stations across Southwest Florida, Chris-Tel Construction was chosen as a General Contractor working in conjunction with Gilbane Building Company to renovate and improve seventeen stations in various locations throughout the state. The stores were located in Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Venice, Arcadia, Wauchula, Sanibel, Naples and Lehigh Acres. The scope of work included installation of new signage, interior renovations including flooring, drywall, cabinetry and casework, tenant build-out (to include construction of walk-in coolers), exterior finishes and construction, window upgrades and MEP.
