Scope Of Work
Chris-Tel Construction provided Construction Manger at Risk services for Lee County Government for the renovation and addition construction of the Riverdale Branch Library. The library was an interior lease-hold improvement in an existing building in the Buckingham community for the Lee County Government. This renovated facility now features an addition, increased meeting room space, specially designed acoustical ceilings and CCTV installation. The space has 45,000 items and 16 public access computers which required specialized coordination to ensure that the CCTV system, fiber optics, phones and servers were properly provided and installed throughout the space to accommodate wireless access.
