Scope Of Work
The Market Square project was a sister project along with the Cypress Trace Shopping Center, both completed for the same client within 40 days. Utilizing a staged approach, both shopping centers stayed open throughout extensive renovations, which created a firewall inside the grey box to maximize storefront capacity and entrances, essentially doubling the amount of store space available. Chris-Tel’s efficiency in completing the work occasioned the hire of an additional architect to keep pace with construction.
