Scope Of Work
Chris-Tel Construction completed construction on the newest addition to the Eastern Metal Supply family. The 40,000 SF manufacturing facility in Lake Worth, Florida broke ground in March 2016 and the TCO was finalized in December 2016. Working in conjunction with Studio A.D. Architects the project is similar to the Eastern Metal Supply facility in Fort Myers. It houses machinery and equipment for manufacturing and distribution of Tigress Trading Company, Inc. and Tigress Specialty Metals Products Manufacturing, Inc., which includes marine/nautical components and products for the salt water sports fishing industry. This is the second EMS facility Chris-Tel has completed with two more projects on the horizon for Fort Myers and Lakeland, Florida.
