Eastern Metal Supply is a 2015 BIA Summit Award Winner for Commercial Projects $5-$8 Million dollars and an Associated Builders and Contractors 2017 Excellence in Construction Merit Award Winner.
Speed and flexibility were keys in the success of the Eastern Metal Supply project. Completion within a tight twelve month timeframe and efficiencies garnered by an innovative solution to site development engendered a $700,000 savings to the business owner. Twenty-four hour construction and laser concrete leveling were required to meet project goals. Fast-track permitting and financial expertise due to Chris-Tel’s existing relationships further contributed to this project’s success. Commitment to two additional projects was made based on this award-winning facility.
