Scope Of Work
As part of a joint venture, Chris-Tel Construction received the Association of Builders and Construction, Inc., Excellence in Construction, and Baseball Digest’s Best Ballpark Renovation 2015 for our restoration and construction of Hammond Stadium at Century Link Sports Complex.
The $48,500,000 project, completed in January 2015, featured substantial reconfiguration of the property and buildings as well as new construction, including the Player Academy & Clubhouse. Improvements to the property included the addition of multi-story retail and office space with an elevator, improvements to player facilities, reconfiguration of the stadium entry featuring a vomitorium (rapid fan ingress/egress) for improved fan experience, the press box and suites, and the creation of a boardwalk with concessions and rail seating.
