Scope Of Work
Five level addition (25,000 SF) containing 30 hotel quality guest rooms with private baths, conference facilities, 40 seat Lecture Hall, dining facility, kitchen, and offices, all with finishes of exceptional quality. Extensive site work including access road for existing and new faculty; storm water and utility piping; courtyard with fountain and granite pool encompassed by a balustrade rail of precast stone.
