Scope Of Work
St. John's is an historic church and school campus located on 10 acres in Howard near Ellicott City, Maryland. The project was accomplished in two phases and consisted of a new multipurpose building, a new two story classroom building, a two story commons to connect the old and new building together, renovation of the existing classroom building, as well as the auditorium / media center building. There were also erxtensive changes made to the campus roads and parking facilities. The school was in session during the 18 month period of the work without interference to the school operation, and the provision of a safe environment for the staff and students.. Winner 2004 Excellence in Construction for Outstanding Construction Management.
