Scope Of Work

This 12,000 SF endoscopy suite renovation included spacious, private patient areas with personal secure storage spaces, advanced procedure rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology, consultation rooms, 10 private pre and post-operative patient bays (two of which are isolation rooms), four endoscopy suites, and negative pressure rooms.

This project included both exterior building and designated entry work as well. Phoenix renovated/upgraded the entire space to also include a new vestibule & waiting area. We worked closely with the Stantec project managers to deliver a beautiful and functional space on time and within budget.
