Renovation/Rehabilitation

Architectural and Engineering design services for Capital Improvement Project contract. Contract work included, but was not limited to, complete play area replacement and general drainage repairs of site over 1 acre.  Included is below ground waterproofing and perimeter sidewalk repairs.  Also included is repair to interior spaces due to water infiltration.  Services included project scoping through schematic and final design phases, bidding and award and construction administration.
