Scope Of Work

Arias provided Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing services for the construction of the new 4,025 SF one-story bank building in Cedar Park, Texas. Arias located, drilled, and collected soil boring samples at the project site that were tested in our laboratory for classification. Arias provided structural foundation recommendations, pavement recommendations, and general earthwork recommendations as a result of these tests. Construction Materials Testing services included sampling and testing subgrade materials, observation of drilled pier foundations, observation of reinforcing structural steel, observation of structural concrete, and on-site observation and testing of asphalt paving.
