Scope Of Work
Arias provided Construction Materials Testing services for the construction of the new 2-story, 10,000 SF steel framed PlainsCapital Bank branch in Arlington, Texas that consolidated PlainsCapital’s two smaller Arlington-area branches. Located at 804 N. Collins Street near AT&T Stadium, the new modern facility features a 3,200-square-foot lobby, 6,000 square feet of commercial lending space, and state-of-the-art technology services, including an interactive console located in one of the two drive-thru terminals that will allow customers to video conference with a remote PlainsCapital teller.
