Arias is currently providing Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Testing services for the construction of the new Edison Luxury Apartments in downtown Austin, Texas. The apartment complex comprises of 353 studio, one bedroom, and two high efficiency bedroom units. The complex also includes numerous ammenities including a pool that overlooks downtown Austin, a dog park and dog washing station, electric car charging stations, a washer and dryer in every unit, private yards in select units and Dwelo smart home technology built into the units
