Scope Of Work

MJC student interns needed to live on the agricultural campus to manage the school’s animal husbandry services. Instead of a traditional dormitory, AMS built seven residential housing centers on the West Campus, each with four double-occupancy bedrooms, two restrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen/living areaand a complete mud room.

The contemporary modular units fit naturally with the architectural vision of the college, while providing a residential feel with large picture windows, paneled entry door and low-maintenance lap siding. Site-built covered patios with custom wood pergolas and stacked stone pedestals add decorative detail, giving the ranch-style units an abundance of character.
