Scope Of Work

Mark Keppel Elementary is a Visual and Performing Arts Magnet School that reflects the creative spirit of the Glendale community it serves. As part of its modernization plan, the Glendale Unified School District worked with Neff Construction and American Modular Systems to build and install a two-story classroom building that integrates academics and the arts in an energy-efficient environment. The modular building with elevator cultivates creativity with 14 classrooms that provide flex-space for dance, theatre, music and visual arts, as well as a teacher workroom, custodial room and handicap-accessible restrooms. A separate Gen7 art lab features a kiln room with special ventilation to ensure superior IAQ.
