Scope Of Work
Summer construction was essential for a school facing growing enrollment, but the District didn’t want to compromise style for an accelerated turnaround. Production optimization allowed AMS to deliver a custom design under budget in just 66 days, order to occupancy.
The new K-6 facility achieved a striking, site-built look with a contemporary design distinguished by triangle windows and a 22” steep pitched roof that was custom-fabricated in the AMS factory and installed onsite. Three classrooms share a central teacher workroom—a spacious, airy and open floor plan offering enhanced improvements that will serve the school’s needs for decades to come.
