Scope Of Work
New FDNY Rescue Company 3: 23,000 Sf building, designed especially for the FDNY Rescue Company #3. It features physical work areas and storage in the basement and ground floor, high finished study and dining areas on the second level and traing and fitness spaces are on the mezzanine level. Building exterior consists of colorful Alpolic panels, Mapes panels, flat lock zinc panels, standing seam roof, brick, skylights, clearstay windows, glazing and big red oversized insulated overhead rolling doors at the front facade.
