Scope Of Work
This project involved a complete gut and rehabilitation of two floors of existing space and conversion into a spacious community center and management facility.
The scope of work involved upgrading of the existing sewerage system, installation of a new hydraulic elevator, the addition of a new state of the art lobby and chiller plant, kitchen, bathrooms, new windows and storefronts. This project also involved extensive sitework, handicapped access ramps, railings and landscaping.
