College Park Place is a premier mixed-use project featuring a 157-room select service hotel and 23,000 SF of retail anchored by CVS. The 3-acre site is a highly visible gateway location and an easy walk to the University of Maryland. Keane sold the fully entitled, shovel ready project to Southern Management Corp in 2015. Delivery is scheduled for 2016.
