Scope Of Work

This adaptive reuse project repurposed a mid-century car service area with new office space. A local business incubator had outgrown its floor space in a defunct car dealership and was looking to expand. The only space available was in the service area, but it was cost prohibitive to make the service space weather tight and insulated for year-round occupation. The solution came in the form of creating a box in a box. By incorporating two shipping containers and wood framing, the service area is able to hold 2,800 sf of prime office space suitable for high tech start-ups looking for affordable office and convening spaces.
