Scope Of Work
The Civic at Frisco Square is a 335,000 square foot multifamily project containing 276 luxury apartments, a resort-style pool, a quiet Zen garden, and a dog park. The project is located in the heart of the popular Frisco Square, which is filled with shops, restaurants, bars, museums, and a multiplex movie theater. All of these are within walking distance from The Civic at Frisco Square. The project consists of 4 stories of wood framing constructed atop post tension slab-on-grade foundations. Included in the project scope is a 5-level cast-in-place private parking structure and a 4-level cast-in-place public parking structure to accommodate parking for the nearby shops and restaurants.
