Millennium Group has worked with Bill Krug and his staff since 2012 and assisted their business development.
Bill Krug founded KEM Homes in 1974, focusing on single-family home construction. Since then, KEM Homes has built more than 3,000 residential homes in Northern Colorado, earning a winning reputation for quality work and customer focus.
In 2006, Krug launched KEM Commercial, expanding to include commercial tenant finish projects that included restaurants, offices and retail stores. Launching Delta Disaster Services of Northern Colorado was the next step in the evolution of a unique Northern Colorado construction and service industry dynasty.
