Scope Of Work
This project consisted of the Fitness Center Addition at the front of the Field House portion of the Athletic Center comprising approximately 20,200 square feet of mixed new construction and renovation. It included the addition of a loading dock to the side of the Athletic Center, replacement of the sports flooring surface within the Field House (approximately 47,000 sq. ft.), renovation of existing Training Suite on Level 1 of the Richie Regan Recreation and Athletic Center, excavation of a portion of the work area to accommodate recessed installation of tub units, construction of support spaces at interior of therapy suite including offices, and storage rooms, and upgrade of ductwork, lighting and finishes.
