Westin Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, recognized as the hospitality industry’s most innovative lifestyle branding company, engaged Ambius Project Development to develop and implement a brand specific signature Vertical Garden Systems for its hotel properties worldwide.

Partnering as Starwood’s turnkey supplier for this initiative, Ambius took the vision from concept to schematic design, providing fabrication shop drawings, millwork, infill materials, lighting recommendations, plant selection, installation and warranty for the total global Westin footprint. Inspired by the signature Bento Box botanical created for Westin by Jane Packer, the Westin Vertical Garden is a signature design element that brings the brand’s core value of wellness into its public spaces. The vertically planted gardens improve indoor air quality, while provide a dramatic sense of arrival within Westin lobbies. Each Westin property is unique in architecture and flavor, and our role as global Vertical Garden partner/supplier is to embrace their unique qualities and deliver sustainable gardens meeting the high quality standards of the brand.
