Scope Of Work
STK Group recently took over management of the Rooftop bar, lounge and pool at the Andaz Hotel. With a small budget and a large dream the client wanted to create a night life destination. Our challenge was to repurpose existing containers and as many existing plants as possible so we could use the fund to add the image STK was looking for. The client wanted the “WOW Factor” the instant guests stepped off the elevator onto the rooftop deck. All plants had to be drought and alcohol tolerant. Once again, Ambius was able to create a life long environment.
