Scope Of Work
We served as the Construction Managers (at-risk) for the King’s Daughters’ Replacement Hospital and Medical Office Building, located in Madison, Indiana. The hospital is a four-story, 212,000-square-foot building that includes:
72 private patient beds
8 private postpartum beds
5 OR suites
4 Labor Delivery Recovery rooms
28 pre- and post-op rooms
Emergency room
MRI suite
The medical office building is a two-floor 95,000-square-foot building consisting of 12 office suites, dietary, administration, registration, gift shop, and materials management locations.
