We provided pre-construction and construction management services for this 225,000-square-foot replacement hospital facility and two medical office buildings in Winchester, KY. Construction included:
A single-story hospital with 79 beds
4 operating rooms
Emergency department
A full-service radiology department
Women’s center
Transitional care unit
Lab and pharmacy
Dietary facilities
Clark Regional was the first healthcare facility in Kentucky to fully utilize geothermal heating and cooling systems.
