Fastrack rehabbed portions of an occupied building to create part of the Fitler Club,
a high-end lifestyle club in Philadelphia. We built a mezzanine floor and installed a
pool in the basement level, both of which required extensive excavation and
structural work. We applied elegant finishes to maintain the club’s luxurious style.
