Scope Of Work
Victory Center is a 170,000 SF building that housed the former Refrigeration Sales and Services Company and accommodated both office and warehousing needs. After sitting idle for almost 10 years, it was recently converted into a high-tech office and research space. Located along the new Euclid Corridor Health Line that connects University Circle, Cleveland's cultural district, and downtown Cleveland, the block-long building is concrete framed with a brick exterior highlighted by a terracotta cornice and detailing.
The project was completed in early 2014 and has been certified LEED Gold by the USGBC. As a Historic Tax Credit project, the renovation followed strict criteria established by the National Park Service and Ohio State Historic Preservation Office. The project was recently awarded the 2014 Preservation Achievement Award for a Commercial Building from the Cleveland Restoration Society and AIA Cleveland.
