Scope Of Work
The KSU Library planning study (2010) was based on the provision of parking for campus electric GEM (Global Electric Motorcars) vehicles, covered paths of entry for administration officials and segregation of pedestrian paths through the library service yard.
By using a variety of paving materials, colors, textures, low-seating and landscaping, pedestrians no longer cross parking lots and service drives. Additional planning efforts reinforced existing garden areas and created opportunities to provide covered walk-ways with photo-voltaic panels to power site lighting requirements.
Additional study yielded additional ADA compliant parking with drop-off areas. The expansion of an existing greenhouse and a secure, indoor parking
