Scope Of Work
Completed reconstruction of an historic Church, totally destroyed by an electrical fire. Negotiated with insurance representatives to reach a settlement. Aided the owner in the procurement of comparable materials for the reconstruction. Developed construction budget, schedule and contractors list. Evaluated contractor proposals and negotiated same. Performed inspections and approved completed work for payments.
