This Guaranteed Maximum Price contract with the Village of River Grove included the renovation of an existing warehouse space into a new public works facility inclusive to new offices, washrooms, locker rooms, mechanics garage, and interior storage and workshop facilities, in addition to all associated mechanical, plumbing and electrical upgrades.
