Scope Of Work
The new 53,000 square foot Sun Graphics Media Headquarters consolidates the company’s three Wisconsin facilities into one location. Building amenities include a gym, sound-proof editing studio, and a gaming studio. Quasius Construction serves as the design-builder for the project. Prior to construction, Quasius completed site selection, preconstruction feasibility work, and assisted with negotiating a TIF incentive package.
