Scope Of Work
The Pine Haven Main Campus is a 92,000 sq.ft. skilled nursing home and memory care facility for Pine Haven Christian Home. Quasius Construction was selected as both the manager and contractor for the project 11 months prior to its start. Quasius’ involvement included concrete floor slabs, masonry, and both rough and finish carpentry. Quasius Construction completed the job on schedule within 15 months under an accelerated schedule.
