Scope Of Work
Quasius Construction was chosen as the Construction Manager and General Contractor for Lincoln Erdman Elementary School’s 8,030 sq.ft. addition and remodel project early on in the design phase. Quasius estimated pre-construction budgeting, value engineering, and managed complete construction coordination and project close-out. Quasius’ self-performed work included selective demolition, concrete foundations, masonry, and carpentry.
