Scope Of Work
Quasius Construction has been involved with Lakeshore Technical College’s construction and remodeling for several years, beginning in 2011 with a horticulture addition and remodeling. In 2012, Quasius oversaw the renovation of City Streets restaurant into the college’s culinary institute as well as a complete four-month renovation of the student and food service centers. In 2014, Quasius Construction designed an addition to LTC’s Integrated Manufacturing as well as carrying out a renovation of the existing facilities in a period of six months. In 2015, a new building to house the college’s facility maintenance was constructed. In 2016, Quasius renovated an existing campus building into the college’s new Auto Collision and Maintenance building. Most recently, Lakeshore Technical College has contracted Quasius again for construction of the college’s Carpentry Training Workshop and Clinical Skills Lab.
