Scope Of Work
The White Elephant Hotel Residences in the Nantucket Historic District complement the acclaimed resort with a village of five-star hotel condominiums. The complex project included demolition of four structures, construction of four two-story, wood-frame buildings, and the careful reconstruction of three buildings, plus the addition of new utility infrastructure, hardscaping and landscaping. The buildings feature New England Seacoast Architecture and offer stylish, contemporary interior units appointed with custom finishes and furnishings.
