Scope Of Work
The Point, MetroWest’s first and only mixed-use destination, combines shops, restaurants, grocery, hotel, and entertainment. Working closely with the developer and project , Stateside managed the construction of seven buildings and continues planning for future phases. The development’s contemporary New England architecture creates a welcoming environment with a village-like atmosphere interconnected with outdoor walkways, hardscapes, and beautiful landscaping.
