Scope Of Work
in 2017, this project redeveloped the former Newton Technology Park into a mixed-use retail and office destination. Rebranded as Newton Nexus, the property was converted into a lively, mixed-use center with national and local retailers, a grocery market, multiple restaurants, and office space. The property’s transformation features contemporary architecture, public gathering spaces, new landscaping, and interconnections to several neighborhood pedestrian ways.
