Scope Of Work
After hiring Stateside to conduct an exhaustive feasibility study to construct a new headquarters facility, Lowell Five engaged the firm to move forward on a design/build basis to renovate and relocate to an existing office building in Tewksbury, MA. The project, which put a contemporary spin on traditional banking, includes executive suites, private offices, open cubicles, conference spaces, a cafeteria, and a retail bank. The renovations also included site reconfiguration, extensive landscaping, and the creation of outdoor spaces.
