Scope Of Work

This project adds 21 new guest suites to an existing and operational hotel. The new three-story addition is a wood framed building on an elevated concrete podium, featuring a brick and cast stone masonry veneer. The work presented several challenges, including removal of contaminated soils, and a high water table requiring constant de-watering. Construction contended with an extremely tight job site with very little setback from wetlands and neighboring property. Interiors feature full guest room kitchens, custom carpet, and specialty wall coverings.
