Stateside provided turn-key tenant fit-out services for the final phase of Gloucester Crossing, a newly constructed retail center. Work at Olympia Sports converted a prepared retail shell with finishes, feature lighting, and slat-wall and merchandise displays. Sally Beauty Shop and Verizon Wireless required basic finishes, custom slat walls and merchandise displays, signage, feature lighting, and register kiosks. The success of these fast-track projects has resulted in a continuing stream of work from the property’s developer.
