Scope Of Work
A new outdoor aquatic center and pool house were constructed to replace antiquated facilities at this country club. This fast-track project was constructed in the off-season with minimal interference to on-going operations. The new plan includes interconnected competition and leisure pools with zero-depth entry and water slides. A new pool house supports the facility with locker rooms, fitness center, snack bar, administrative offices, and off-season storage. The club realized a substantial increase in new family memberships after opening the new facilities.
